Our RAL color thermosetting powder coatings are designed for electrostatic application on a wide range of metal products for both indoor and outdoor use. Available in various RAL colors, gloss levels and surface finishes, they provide excellent appearance, good adhesion and reliable coating performance. As a direct manufacturer, we also support customized colors, textures and performance requirements for different applications.

3. Product Series

We can provide powder coatings with different gloss levels and surface effects according to customer requirements.

• High Gloss: Above 86%, suitable for bright and reflective finishes.
• Semi-Gloss: 76%-85%, suitable for a balanced surface appearance.
• Matt: 20%-50%, suitable for soft and low-reflection finishes.
• Low Gloss: Below 20%, suitable for understated and very low-reflection surfaces.

Customized colors and surface effects are available upon request. Common options include RAL 9005 black, customized black shades, smooth finish, matt finish, semi-gloss finish, and fine texture finish.

6. Average Coverage

The average theoretical coverage is approximately 8-10 m²/kg at a film thickness of 60 μm, calculated based on a 100% powder utilization rate.

Actual coverage may vary depending on workpiece shape, spraying equipment, recovery system, film thickness, and application conditions.
 

7. Packing

The product is packed in cartons with double inner polyethylene bags. The standard net weight is 25 kg per carton.
 

 

8. Storage Requirements

Store the product in a dry, clean, and well-ventilated warehouse below 30°C.

Keep away from fire sources, heat sources, direct sunlight, and moisture. Open-air storage is strictly prohibited.

Under proper storage conditions, the shelf life is 12 months. If the product has exceeded the shelf life, it should be re-inspected before use. If the test results meet the required standards, the product can still be used.

This product is a solvent-free powder coating. During handling and spraying, operators should avoid inhaling powder dust.

Operators are recommended to wear appropriate personal protective equipment, such as dust masks, protective goggles, and gloves if necessary.
