Product introduction:
polyethylene powder coating is polyethylene resin as the base material, adding anti-aging agent, glue, pigments and other modified thermoplastic powder coating, with excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance, with polyethylene itself has good chemical stability, electrical insulation, low temperature resistance.
Application areas:
Applicable to all kinds of special refrigerator shelves,fence,fire equipment, civilian tools and other anti-corrosion coating.

Application Note:
1.Surface treatment: according to the substrate and the required performance of the treatment, after treatment the substrate surface should be neutral;
2.Workpiece dipping temperature: 280-320 ° C (adjust the temperature according to the size of the workpiece heat and room temperature, appropriate preheating conditions are determined in order to get a smooth coating, while it is required to prevent the film at high temperature heat aging);
3.Using dip coating or fill the air suction coating method to paint,after removal of the workpiece by 180-250ºC/0-5min(According to the size of the workpiece heat capacity and powder melt flow index to adjust) ,plastic leveling, air-cooled or natural cooling to the room temperature.
