Epoxy-polyester hybrid powder coating

1. Key features and applications:

Our epoxy-polyester hybrid powder coating combines the unique properties of epoxy, polyester, and resin to produce a powder coating that offers exceptional decorative properties, outstanding corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and the ability to resist peeling off at -8 degrees bending.

This powder coating is widely used to coat various indoor industrial products such as home appliances, fitness equipment, hardware tools, metal furniture, lighting, and more.

2. Product series:

We offer three types of gloss finish: high gloss (above 86 degrees), flat gloss (50-85 degrees), and matte gloss (6-49 degrees). We can also customize the gloss according to customer requirements.

3. Coverage:
Approximately 10 square meters per kilogram with a film thickness of 60 μm (calculated at 100% utilization rate) for flat coating.
