It has excelent adhesion, ant-corrosion properties, good chemicastabity, electrical insulation and low temperature resistance of polyethylene itself. Strong Adhesion
We al know that in order to improve adhesion, it is generally necessary to apply a primer between the parts and the powdercoating.But our polyethylene powders are extremely viscous, it breaks this limitation. So no primer needed anymore! in addition, itoffers excellent edge protection and excellent coverage; therefore, it can withstand severe impacts without being peeled off easily.
Good Mechanical Properties

The workpiece is then cooled to leave a high-quality coatinq.Pre-treatment: Oil and rust removed by chemical method or sandblasting.2.Workpiece Preheat: 250-320C[ adjusted according to the workpiece].3.Fluidized Bed Dip: 4-8 seconds [adjusted according to the workpiece].4. Post-heatoptional): 180-250C, 5 minutes Beneficial to obtain a better surface ]5.Cooling:Air-cooled or naturally cooled.
