DESCRIPTION
"Epoxy-Polyester" is a series of epoxy polyester hybrid powder coatings designed for interior use.
Offering improved UV light and heat stability compared to pure epoxy powder coating.
This series are available in the full range of colors with different gloss and texture.
Colors and surface finishes can be custom matched to users' requirements.

Textures include sand grain, hammer, silk pattern, sand textured, wrinkle texture,metallic, multi-color.
PHYSICAL PROPERTIES
- Specific gravity :1.2 ~ 1.8g/cm3 up to colors
- Particle size distribution:100% less than 100 microns (depending on the specific indicators art effects may be, according to the special requirements of painting adjusted)
- Level of liquidity:24 ~ 27 mm
CURING CONDITIONS
180 °C ~ 200 °C (work piece temperature), 10 to 15 minutes
AVERAGE COVERAGE
7-12 square meters / kg, thickness 60 microns (100% of the powder coating utilization rate)
PACKING
Outside carton lined with two layers of PE bags, each containing 20 kg net weight or 25 kg net weight
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Coating powder is a non-toxic products, but should be avoided in the course of inhalation of dust.Proposed operators wear appropriate dust mask, glasses.If possible, try to avoid long-term skin contact with powder coating

STORAGE
1.Under dry conditions,good ventilation at a temperature not exceeding 30 C,humidity<60%
2.Storage period recommended should not exceed 12 months,in case exceeding 12 months without affecting their free flowing properties, the powder will still have optimal characteristics.
3.Should be protected from excessive heat,humidity,water and contamination with foreign materials such as powder, dust, dirt, etc.
4.Any leftover powder should be kept in an appropriate area that is cool and dry. Do not expose to the air too long as the powder properties may deteriorate with the moisture.
