1.The Base coat : RAL9016 / RAL9003 (Epoxy Polyester)
Curing: 10-15minutes@180 ºC (metal temp)
Thickness: 30-50μm recommended
2.The Topcoat : PHY95043
Curing :10 minutes@ 200ºC (metal temp)
Thickness: 50 -70μm recommended

STORAGE
- Under dry conditions with good ventilation at a temperature not exceeding 25 C.
- Not exceed 8 months,in case exceeding 8 months without affecting their free flowing properties, the powder will still have optimal characteristics.
- Protected from excessive heat,humidity,water and contamination with foreign materials such as powder, dust, dirt, etc.
- Any leftover powder should be kept in an appropriate area that is cool and dry. Do not expose to the air too long as the powder properties may deteriorate with the moisture.
